If she gets her way, twenty-year-old UT student Christine King will certainly one-up her other student government counterparts. King has proposed and is working out details of a pay in advance debit card that students can use for cab rides, called Cab Cash. Like dining plans, this service would be added to students' school ID cards. Being underage and all, King says she doesn't party, but she's heard other students' stories of driving home drunk. Hello!
