Local Boys Do Good, Part 1

We woke up this morning to find this e-mail in our inbox, in reference to the totally bearable The Unbearables:

I caught them playing an open mic night here in Athens GA last night. They were on their way to Ashevile NC and stopped in Athens for the night with no gig lined up. They were allowed to play about 6 or 7 songs on stage... and this was an open mic night. They completely rocked the house and was one of the better performances of a band that I've seen in months. They played like they were in Madison Square Garden. Great show.

If they are a sign of the music scene in Austin, then I might have to seriously think about moving there. WOW.
