SOCO: Antiques, Drinks, Eats and WHORES?

Last Friday and Saturday night some unsuspecting “John’s” got a little more than they bargained for when they offered some greenbacks for some lovin’. Unfortunately for the 38 men in question, their attempted quid pro quo was done with undercover Austin Police officers – a move that led all of them to jail for the evening.
Maybe they should have offered a little more than the reported $10-$20.

We remember the good ol’ days, back when you got your prostitutes on South Congress and your antiques in Fredericksburg. But times have changed, and the neighbors have had enough. After receiving several calls from local residents, the APD put a sting in motion. So, we suggest to any lonely “John’s,” if you really want to get your freak on for cash, hop a plane to Amsterdam where it is safer and legal. And think about it, the cost of a plane ticket and a bed in a hostel has got to cost less than the legal fees, fines and public humiliation of getting your rocks off illegally.
