I wouldn't necessarily say intimidation, but more like counter-laziness. Do most people even have three forms of identification?

Wow. That is messed up. Those same tactics have been used for years to suppress minority voters. Often times they can flat out reject identification, saying it's invalid, which would be very easy with a non-photo ID. Not to mention you KNOW this standard is not going to be upheld in more affluent neighborhoods. Gotta love the corrupt nature of Texas politics, where they piss on your face in plain view of everyone.
