It doesn’t matter if you’re really broke (attention soon-to-be college graduates) or if you're just looking for a way to save some money, the Draught House is the place to be on Wednesday nights. Why, you may ask? Well, because on hump day, they serve free pizza.

Damn, you’re demanding. It’s free food for crying out loud! But yes, it is good. It’s made on Mangia pizza crust.

Not if you drink more. (The Austinist does not condone excessive drinking. Women who are pregnant and people who have tendencies to sleep with people they wouldn’t normally sleep with while under the influence should not drink alcohol). The old-timey styled pub is one of the few places in Austin where you have your pick of some of the best beers in the world. There’s 78 beers in all. Please, don't get Bud.

The Draught House is off of 38th Street on Medical Parkway, which is really close to Lamar. Remember to tip your chefs/bartenders.
