The Real Hotel Rwanda

Next Monday, in the Texas Union, on UTs campus, Paul Rusesabagina will be speaking. You might have seen Don Cheadle as Mr. Rusesabagina in the Oscar-nominated film, Hotel Rwanda. But this guy is the real thing. The event is free, but you will need to pick up a pass from the Student Events Center Office to gain entry. In order to pick up a pass, you will need a UT ID. (The Austinist heard that they aren't too strict about this and if you're a smooth talker, you could probably get a pass without an ID...just tell them you forgot it.)
So here's the breakdown...
What: Hotel Rwanda's actual Paul Rusesabagina (We love to type that name...so many syllables.)
Where: Texas Union Ballroom, UT campus
When: Monday, 7pm (Get there early to get in line...a pass doesn't garuntee entry.)

This event is being put on by the Student Events Center's Distinguished Speakers Committee.
