Quantcast

We like our beef to be comfortable before we eat it.

spoon.jpg The Hyde Park Bar and Grill currently has a special going on Kobe beef hamburgers. Kobe is specially bred, fed hormone-free feed, and is aged to perfection to ensure a much higher quality meat with a delicious flavor. Amazingly, the Hyde Park burger is less than $10, which is a great deal for a burger of this quality.

We recommend demanding that your burger is cooked at the most medium-rare. We ordered ours rare and it came well done, so make sure to emphasize that you like your high quality beef products to still be mooing.
