Clif at Cuddlefish has the run-down on all the afternoon chill-out. My two part series of recommendations are here and here. For tonight, I would suggest trying to cram into the Fox and Hound (Damnations, Derailers, Bottle Rockets... I know, the place sucks) and maybe trying to catch Billy Idol from outside the Stubb's fence at 1 am.
